Highlights

  • 120 attendees representing academic institutions, interested companies in industry, and government organizations
    • A total of 29 student presenters from 14 universities presented their research
    • Kickoff events included Welcome Reception at the Varsity Club with a cornhole tournament for interested attendees
  • 19 cornhole teams participated in the tournament
    • Winning team: “Philly Raptors” – Colin Huber (Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia) and Daniel Martel (University of Waterloo)
    • Runner up team: “Creamed Corn” – Zach Eshelman (OSU) and Nate Williams (OSU)
  • Annual banquet at Faculty Club, networking and team trivia
    • 10 teams of 8-10 symposium attendees
    • 6 rounds of challenging trivia questions
    • Winning team: “All that matters is we win!”
